How do you cure a heartache?

When we are ill, we went to see a doctor... he will diagnose what is wrong with us and prescribe the best medicine to cure the illness. Illness always comes with pain..e.g. tummy ache, headache, backache..etc. Eating too much or eating the wrong food can be the cause of tummy ache. Flu, cold, migraine and lots of other reasons (including hangover) give you headache...

However, there is one "illness" that has no cure.. or has it? How do you cure a heartache? Breaking up a relationship is the caused of this illness. You do feel physically that your heart is hurting.. it is bleeding.. this is actually a very strange feeling. Insomnia, lack of appetite (or sometimes the opposite), illogical, bad tempered..etc are usually the side effects. Everyone has experience this to a certain degree. If you are one of those who didn't/haven't, you are very lucky. This is one of the criterion under the check-list for growing up.

You must be wondering what causes this blog entry? Well.. not to worry, it has nothing to do with me. I was waiting for my hubby to pick me up yesterday in front of LM and I saw a couple breaking up. It is very sad... one side will always be cool, collective and deliver the line. The other side will cry.. will protest.. and wonder why. Well, this is exactly what i observed yesterday. Breaking up is something very common these days.. why do i pay them so much attention? Well.. it is because they are not your normal couple. I never understood how the other type of couple loves each other.. well, i don't understand because i am not one of this type. I do believe that there are a lot of things in this world that you can't understand unless you have experience it... and this is one that falls under this category. Well, even though i don't understand, I can still feel the hurt and the love from this relationship or i shall say the end of the relationship. It is sad... even for the side who is cool, collective and deliver the line. Regardless of what, if you truly have loved someone, you will never want to deliberately hurt that person.. even though the love is no longer the same. However, this still comes back to my question, how do you cure a heartache? What doctor do you see to obtain the right medicine?

Brush it for 2 minutes!

Are you afraid of seeing the dentist? Most people do... me? Neutral.. not afraid but just worried as i know the dentist will scold me. Why? HA.. because i don't see him often enough!

I just went to see a dentist on Saturday. Not my usual one since this new dentist is closer to home. Well.. as i expected.. he did tell me off a bit.. but it is worse than scolding.. he made me feel so guilty for not doing the proper 'dentist cleaning' every 6 months.
REALLY? We need to do the dentist cleaning every 6 months? Is this just a money making scheme? Do you know?

He also asked whether i am stress because my gum were swollen, plus he also said that i brushed my teeth too quickly! Supposed to take time to brush every tooth and don't rush through it, brush the whole set of teeth for 2mins.

So moral of the story... if you don't want your dentist to 'scold' you, make sure you are not stress, brush your teeth for 2 mins and see him every 6 months (for the last one, it will be better if you find a job that has good dental coverage 1st =p)!

What do chefs do when they are bored?

Got these pics as attachement from Sam. Made me laugh, hence I hope they cheer up your day too.. if you need it. If not, hope they will still bring a smile to your face.... Enjoy.
