Have you ever felt that the situation is beyond your control? It is the feeling of drowning and realised that you can't swim! Well, a couple of weeks ago when I just came back from my 2nd business trip and that I have done 2 trips in such a short period of duration, I felt heavily weigh down by work. It is as if I am not on the top of the game and I cannot focus. Luckily I have hubby and TTB to keep supporting me and the regular hang-outs do really help a lot. THANK YOU!
Now? I am better. Hubby reminded me that I used to love planning at the beginning of the week on what I should do for the week (yes.. I normally spent up to 1 hour just to plan). List out every single details and strike off completed tasks. He also reminded me that I used to love to strike out dates on my calender too. Although these might seem small gestures, they really do help me to focus and also give me a sense of achievement.
Nevertheless, it is strange that at times you do feel you cannot handle what you are doing. I am sure this is quite common to all of us. Mostly it happens at workplace but it is the same for family or any other matters. TTB yesterday said to me, when we were discussing recent development at my work place, that sometimes when things go wrong it is not that we do not want to rescue the problem and make it better.. but it is as if playing we were Tetris and that the tiles are piling up faster than you can clear it. Or like playing Sim City or Zoo Tycoon that bad things kept happening, your customer/Sims kept complaining, you keep loosing money to the extent that there are just nothing you can do (or the situation seems that there are no cure, no solution and no way out). It is really scary and miserable to find yourself in this situation. However, I am a true believer that there is no such thing as "NO WAY OUT'.. there is always a way.. it all comes down to how we view our situation and the so call way out. Most importantly, we will always have our love ones to stand by us.

YES! It's like you just want to end the game, give up the current and start a new city/ zoo. But can we do that in real life? We are normally not granted with that luxury. So, don't let the tiles pile up till a stage where we cannot "rescue". I always belive that things happen for a good reason.
But, it's a good idea to have things that help you focus, little gestures are important, and we shall keep up to our regular hang out. I need that too. :)
Yup.. regular hangout.. but we do need to find cheaper hangout place than our favourite coner coffee shop Starbucks.. our latest choice is not bad.. up until 9.30pm. HA...
